OneCompliance ( “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website and related services (collectively, our “Service” or “Services”). The Information We Collect
When you use the Service or a Third-Party Service, we may collect information about you, either directly from you or from the entity that operates the Third-Party Service. All credit card data is sent directly to Stripe without passing through our servers; activity information about your use, and the use by any person(s) you authorize through your account, of our services, such as the content you view, how often you use our services, and your preferences; and usage, viewing, technical, and device data when you visit our sites, including your browser or device type, unique device identifier, and internet protocol (“IP”) address
Cookies
As is true of most other services, the Service collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. How We Protect Your Information
The security of your information is important to us. We maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information. When you enter any information as part of the website and the Services, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Vicis Law uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information once we receive it.
Compromise of Personal Information
In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, OneCompliance will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy and as required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), or any other applicable law.

Our servers are located in the United States and to provide you with the Services, we may store, process and transmit information in the United States. “Do Not Track” Policy
OneCompliance does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not monitor or respond to Do Not Track browser requests.
Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us Personal Information, please contact us at support@1compliance.group.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
OneCompliance reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the amended Privacy Policy on this website. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. When we change the policy in a material manner we will let you know by updating the “Effective Date” at the bottom of this page.
